thankful adjustment...

my heart needs a little adjustment...hoping that thankfulness will be the key to unlock the joy that i know is in there!!!! as madame blueberry says "a thankful heart is a happy heart."

• being able to borrow a cup of milk from our backdoor neighbors
• cash family "baseball" in the older infant room at CCC (no worries, it's infant friendly)
• rocking a peaceful little one
• got a GOOD capuccino blast (thanks, austin!!!)
• long walk, pretty afternoon
  
• unexpected quiet dinner with nick
• caroline getting emma dressed
• the point that keith brought up sunday -- in genesis, eve "took and ate" - and that was kind of what made everything wrong (ish)...and then in the new testament, jesus says "take and eat" -- and that was kind of what made everything right
• tuesday time with carey (and her willingness to help with whatever project happens to be on the table)
• getting nick's refills (he'll get a refill on his way out the door and bring it to me!)
• celebrating aaron white (card making, brownie eating, picture taking)
• grace aiken got to come over!! (BECAUSE caroline has officially stopped sucking her thumb! having grace was her reward.)(and Grace is a delight to have around!)(that's a funny sentence - Grace Aiken is a delight to have around...and GRACE - God's grace! - is a delight to have around!)
  
• lots of good playing outside time before the rain came the other day
