thankful thursday sounds better than "thankful friday..."
- a few quiet moments to make this list that has been stirring in my heart the past few hours.
- children chanting “go God! go God! go God!” (take that satan.)
- pack n’ play time
- a guest list of 472+
- waffles and coffee and an even “more laid back than normal” morning
- walking around the track
- having meaningful conversations on said walk
- beautiful weather
- crushed ice (and especially crushed ice with cherry coke poured over it)
- 3 children swinging (and 3 swinging children) outside on a pretty day
- cuddling. (and an almost 6 year old who comes and says “can I just cuddle with you mom?”)
- date night. (thankful x 1000 for that one!)
- the rest, restoration, refreshment and renewal that comes (again and again) as a result of spending concentrated time with God in His word and prayer.
- bradley park dentistry. dr. tyler. getting to watch House while having my teeth cleaned. numbing shots. getting to watch House while having 2 cavities taken care of.
- café 2:42. the fellowship that happens there. my drink. playing games. laughter.
- that this blog knows to put the little dash over the "e" in the word cafe. actually it must be microsoft word (i copied and pasted this list from a word document). nevermind. the blog isn't as smart as i thought. i'm glad it's not...cause then i wouldn't be able to achieve one of my goals of using lowercase letters as often as possible. microsoft word corrects all of my incorrect capitalization (and then i uncorrect it after i copy and paste).
