new year, still thankful.

• having awesome wonderful easy going enjoyable family around for dayz
• pockets of time to get the things done that must be done (and pockets of grace to let go of the rest)
• the airbnb balloon making guy -- and the fact that he has done church bus routes for more than 40 years.  he LITERALLY brought thousands of kids to church.  

• yaya's spaghetti casserole...and how it fed a whole table full of folks
• talking about bouncy balls and 100 goals and fun memories
• the right note at the right moment  

• Sweet Little One is enjoying us so much more this go round
• my kung fu fighting t-shirt!! 
• reminders of discipleship and the importance of daily faithfulness/daily decisions

• giving it another go (i did it once, surely i can do it again)
• when little ones sleep in (and how anything past about 7:30 is sleeping in!)
• yup:

• slugs and bugs show on rightnow media.  
• ringing in the new year with food and friends and fireworks that didn't hurt anyone
