overwhelmingly thankful...
- fun & fabulous time with mademoiselle mishawn, impromptu icecream and strolling are delightful!
- final friday fun and the unplanned trip to the dollar store that followed
- running to the pool with eli & caroline riding their bikes
- free cherry coke from CFA (still thankful that CFA has cherry coke!!)
- wal-mart run is done (x2)
- date at carrabba's with nick and emma...it's fun when we get to give her our undivided attention
- a productive evening
- mailout is ready (thanks to the help of my "boots")
- got to give a fun gift to beth & ben (check out their adoption story if you want, it's lovely! another pair of shoes)
- giving gifts. (especially in plastic purses to little girls with words written in french all over it)
- receiving gifts. can we say primary love language?
- receving words of affirmation. close 2nd in the primary love language race. (and it's been a season of being blessed with so many words of affirmation. wow. i especially love them in written form)
- "be alert for signs of His presence." - jesus calling
- organizing and getting the sun-room into a useful state....what a wonderful space. so thankful that i got to help do that...just a little sad that we didn't attack it together sooner, miss molly.
- new little laptop. funded by a strong and capable and Godly supporter...not to mention generous.
- ordering a lovely laptop sleeve for new little laptop from etsy. a super special splurge.
- coffee time with courtney! and 2 times in less than a week!
- the camera works! thanks to ritchie for getting me a charger...and thanks to bethany cols for donating it to the yard sale. this is a tangible and practical reminder of how God provides and gives the sweetest of gifts in the sweetest of ways.
- when test results are negative (and negative is the BEST possible result!) (no worries, not mine)
- He is WITH US...never once leaving us alone.
- the love & care that is being poured out on me...it's a bit overwhelming (in the most holy and wonderful of ways).
- crave. eyes off me. eyes on YOU.
- cafe 2:42's roast beef sandwiches...yesterday's was the best yet!
- handfuls of hot tamales
- this is hard. i'm thankful that it's hard....it's easier to depend on Him when i know i can't do it myself.
- boxes for shipping are packed and ready to take to the mail room (except for one that is waiting for 2 quick add ons from one special lady) (it's well worth the wait)
- waking up refreshed and EARLY (without an alarm clock or kids) even though i KNOW i didn't get enough sleep.
- the treats and games and fun and incredible time we're going to have in the car tomorrow. in jesus name, it's going to be the best road trip the cash family has ever taken!
- that friendships are going to be BETTER, STRONGER, even MORE AMAZING in the coming days!! God, we trust You.
