Conscious of Your Presence

sometimes i read back through my journal and see stuff and think "did i really write that?" (not because it's so awesome....just because i have no recollection of writing it.)

that happened the other day.

i read something...and as i was reading it, God was saying "share it..." (and i knew that the platform of sharing it was this cozy spot)

so...because He told me to....here goes (no way would i share it otherwise)

this was written on June 23, 2012 and is based on the Jesus Calling entry from that day.  the quote was "so long as you are conscious of My presence, all is well."

Conscious of Your Presence

close enough to touch
breathing You in
smelling Your nearness
resting in Your arms
sitting beside You...listening...
enjoying Your creation
resting in Your love
aware that You are at work
aware that You are
secure in my position as Yours
ready to receive
excited to hear
willing to obey
blessed to be here
loved by You
cared for by You
known by You

All is well.
